Perform product and process audits according to the SAP/QA Testing Plan to ensure plans and processes are documented, compliance to processes and standards, and effectiveness of execution.
Document all defects during all test phases collect metrics and root causes of defects.
Work with members of the Master Data team to design, develop and implement data quality reports to ensure master data within SAP conforms to corporate global data governance standards division specific standards.
Manage information services lifecycle from service design, through service transition into operations and regular service management, with constant focus on continuous service improvement.
Coordinate implementation of technical enhancements meeting business requirements.
Manage vendors ensuring high quality services are delivered.
Keep the service levels in line with SLA commitments and continuously improve.
To follow project standards and procedures, especially as it relates to both issue and scope management.
To identify and escalate risks.
System-wide responsibility on complex components or complex projects.
Works with the business owners to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions.
Coordinate SAP user and role access reviews per audit guidelines.
Manage a quality assurance/testing plan and process (including test scripts) leveraging expertise from the development team and business SMEs.
Manage the day-to-day testing and defect management activities of the SMEs.
Identify and manage all risks arising through the testing process.
