**Qualification: Masters Degree**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Counseling Sessions**:

- Conduct individual and group sessions to support students with academic, emotional, and social challenges.
- Offer actionable advice to help them overcome obstacles and achieve success.

**2. Workshops and Skill Development**:

- Design and deliver workshops on diverse topics such as academic enhancement, career guidance, and mental health awareness.
- Empower students by fostering personal growth and skill-building.

**3. Collaborating with Schools**:

- Build strong partnerships with educational institutions to ensure coordinated and effective student support.
- Promote a nurturing and positive classroom environment.

**Core Skills & Responsibilities**:

- **Address Mental Health Needs**: Help individuals manage issues like anxiety, depression, or adjustment challenges.
- **Effective Communication**: Establish trust and openness, enabling clients to discuss complex emotions and concerns.
- **Behavioral Interventions**: Identify and address destructive behaviors with counseling and tailored interventions.
- **Empathy and Compassion**: Support clients from diverse backgrounds with care and understanding.
- **Client-Centric Focus**: Prioritize individualized approaches to meet unique client needs and goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support across various functions.

This role combines psychological expertise with a strong focus on counseling, collaboration, and workshop facilitation, aimed at empowering students and creating meaningful change.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
