Impilos Analytics Private Limited is looking for highly analytical individuals who are skilled in utilizing various data analytical tools to manipulate data and derive meaningful business insights for client consumption.

Our clients are health plans, drug manufacturers and healthcare providers (physician practices, hospitals and population health management organizations).

The duties of this position include organizing and managing large and varied data sets, analysing healthcare data to optimize business operations and communicating the findings through dissemination of data visualization exhibits and tabular reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data to assess risk, financial viability, and pricing models for insurance and pension products.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior actuaries and other stakeholders.
- Assist in researching actuarial methods, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Work on developing models to predict trends, losses, and other insurance-related calculations.
- Work alongside other actuaries, data scientists, and analysts to deliver comprehensive actuarial services.
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and risk management teams to ensure actuarial analysis is integrated into decision-making.
- Prepare and document actuarial reports, calculations, and assumptions in compliance with actuarial standards of practice.
- Ensure that all actuarial findings are communicated effectively to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Fully credentialed by the Society of Actuaries (SOA) with FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation or equivalent.
- Active membership in SOA or relevant actuarial bodies.
- Expertise in actuarial modeling, statistical analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency with actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, Moses, SAS, R, or Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and actuarial principles across various lines (life, health, pensions, property & casualty).
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in India or international markets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in advanced data analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling.
- Exposure to reinsurance, investment strategies, or financial services.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
