**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Paid Media Campaign Management**:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

**Social Media Strategy Execution**:
Develop and implement impactful social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement for the company and its clients.

**Performance Metrics Analysis**:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (ROI, KPI, CPA, CPC) to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize ad spend.

**Data-Driven Reporting**:
Prepare detailed reports with insights from campaign data to recommend improvements and demonstrate results to stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with creative, content, and development teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

**Project Management**:
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing data-driven reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
