**Job Overview**:
As a **Performance Marketer**, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve measurable results. You will work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance, generate leads, and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads to meet KPIs and improve ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Manage budgets efficiently to ensure effective allocation of resources
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to align campaigns with branding objectives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Performance Marketer** or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads Manager**, and other digital platforms
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other performance tracking tools
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and take actionable steps
- Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and working under tight deadlines
