We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle rejection
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
