**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Sales Executive (Male/Female)** who will be responsible for **telecalling, telesales, customer support, and client coordination** from our Gandhinagar office. Your role will include both **new client acquisition** and **sales growth from existing customers** through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide professional customer support
- Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and upsell products
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems or spreadsheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service
- Represent the brand with a professional, confident tone and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive selling ability
- Prior experience in **sales / telesales / telecalling / customer support** preferred
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

**Job Type & Work Details**:

- **Full-time**, Work from Office (Not Remote / Not Field Work)
- Office Location**:Sector 25 GIDC, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad**:

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- (Based on experience, communication skill, and performance in interview)_
