**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records of daily operations, including revenue, expenses, and transportation-related costs.
- Track fuel costs, maintenance expenses, toll fees, and other transport-related costs.
- Ensure the proper recording of all transactions related to road transport activities (e.g., freight, vehicle leasing, driver wages).
- **Invoicing and Billing**:

- Prepare, review, and send out invoices for transportation services provided to clients.
- Ensure that invoices are accurate and reflect the terms of service agreements.
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage accounts receivable.
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile financial discrepancies by reviewing and correcting errors in financial records.
- Regularly balance company accounts, including bank statements and petty cash, ensuring that records align with actual transactions.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Assist in creating financial forecasts and budgets based on operational goals and past financial performance.
- Monitor transportation-related expenses to ensure that the company stays within budget and identifies areas for cost-saving.
- **Payroll and Employee Payments**:

- Ensure that employee salaries, wages, and transportation-related allowances (e.g., driver reimbursements) are processed accurately and timely.
- Maintain payroll records, track overtime, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance and suggest improvements or adjustments.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Ensure that the company complies with tax regulations and submits taxes on time, including VAT, fuel tax, and other relevant charges.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents required for tax filings or audits.
- **Client and Vendor Communication**:

- Collaborate with customers and vendors on financial matters, including resolving billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
- Provide clients with timely updates regarding their accounts, payments, and any changes in pricing or terms.
- **Inventory and Asset Management**:

- Track company assets like vehicles, spare parts, and other transportation-related resources.
- Record asset depreciation and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
- **Support Senior Finance Team**:

- Provide support to the finance manager or director by helping with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Assist with year-end audits and the preparation of financial statements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
