**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain financial data confidentiality
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related queries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the manufacturing industry (if applicable)
- Knowledge of ERP systems

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time, office-based position
- Standard working hours with occasional overtime during financial closing

Pay: ₹10,395.64 - ₹31,707.11 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
