**Job description**:

- **Employer Engagement & Industry Linkages**:

- Identify and build partnerships with companies, organizations, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential employers across sectors relevant to the training programs.
- Regularly interact with industry representatives to understand hiring trends and job requirements.
- **Placement Coordination**:

- Conduct pre-placement training sessions (resume building, interview skills, workplace etiquette, etc.).
- **Tracking & Reporting**:

- **Networking & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with trainers and mobilizers to align training with industry requirements.
- Liaise with alumni and employer networks for referrals and future opportunities.
- Build strong rapport with local industry bodies, chambers of commerce, and placement agencies.
- Generate monthly/quarterly placement reports and share updates with management.
- Track post-placement retention and provide support to reduce attrition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
