**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and runners.
- Ensure all staff deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining performance standards.
- Monitor floor activity to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the restaurant schedule.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Experience in **fine dining, casual dining, or upmarket restaurants** is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Professional appearance and behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
