**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Mentorship**:

- Conduct classroom/online training sessions on data science topics, including data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, course modules, assignments, and quizzes to support the curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students through hands-on projects and problem-solving exercises.
- Monitor students' progress, provide feedback, and address their questions or challenges.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure students grasp the concepts effectively.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course content based on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science.
- Work closely with the training team to improve training materials and methods based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- **Industry Relevance**:

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science and related technologies.
- Use real-world examples and case studies to make learning engaging and relevant.
- Provide students with exposure to popular tools and libraries such as Python, R, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Collect feedback from students to enhance the quality of training.
- Regularly report on training progress, success metrics, and areas for improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in data science or analytics.
- **Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with statistical methods, data wrangling, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and SQL.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in conducting data science workshops or training.
- Exposure to deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
- Certification in Data Science or related fields (e.g., from Coursera, edX, or similar platforms).

**Other Details**:

- **Work Location**: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (on-site)
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
