**Essential Qualifications**:

- B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML training or development

**Expertise Required**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong grasp of AI, ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Python.
- **Tools & Frameworks**: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and R.
- **Effective Communication**: Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, engaging explanations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and mentoring learners.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Training Delivery**
- Conduct engaging AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Python training sessions for individuals and teams.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different skill levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.

**2. Curriculum Development**
- Design and update structured course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and case studies.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with evolving industry trends and best practices.

**3. Hands-On Learning & Mentorship**
- Guide learners through real-world coding exercises, project-based learning, and hands-on labs.
- Provide personalized mentorship, troubleshooting support, and career guidance.

**4. Assessment & Evaluation**
- Develop assessments to measure learning progress and competency levels.
- Offer detailed feedback to enhance learner performance.

**5. Domain-Specific Expertise**
- Teach AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Train learners on LLMs like GPT and BERT, focusing on fine-tuning and deployment.
- Cover deep learning topics such as neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.

**6. Staying Updated on Trends**
- Keep up with the latest AI advancements, including generative AI and explainable AI.
- Integrate emerging technologies into training materials for a future-ready learning experience.

**7. Soft Skills & Collaboration**
- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
