**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated L1+ IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our

experience in managing and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 support for IT infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting and resolving

hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other

peripherals.
- Assist in the configuration and management of LAN and wireless networks.
- Provide technical support for MS Office, O365, MS TEAMs, and other software
- Manage and maintain network switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring network

security and efficiency.
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
- Perform server hardware maintenance and support virtualization technologies.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, meeting SLA targets.
- Collaborate with L2 and L3 support teams for escalated issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and changes in

the IT infrastructure.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
- Participate in a shift schedule to provide support during various hours, including afterhours

if needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, specifically in an L1+ capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with LAN, desktops, laptops, MS Office, O365, MS TEAMs,

wireless technology, printers, and scanners.
- Knowledge of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware and virtualization technologies.
- Familiar with Audio / Video conferencing tools like Zoom, MS TEAMs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Availability to join quickly will be preferred.
