**Position Description**:
**Designation**:
Ecommerce Sr. Executive

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Develop and execute the marketplace strategy for the company, including setting sales targets and creating a roadmap for growth.
- Manage and optimize the product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other top e-commerce channels, including product descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and visibility on the platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective online advertising campaigns on the marketplace platforms.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for selling on marketplaces, and continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
- Manage relationships with key partners, including fulfillment companies and customer service providers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.

**Skills& Requirements**:

- In-depth understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and other top e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Amazon's Seller Central.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an e-commerce executive or a similar role with a focus on marketplace sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**:
CTC 1.80 Lakh - 3.60 Lakh per Annum

**Location**:
Jaipur (Work from office)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
