**Job Description-Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Planning and developing merchandising strategies.

2. Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

3. Working on production order execution. 4. Report from cutting & stitching dept. and to match with challan.

5. Follow with pattern master & cutting master for production Pcs.

6. Maintaining quality standards in terms of quality of stitching, perfect measurements, fulfilling client instructions, etc.

7. Maintaining staff's production chart on a daily basis to derive per product costing.

8. Meeting deadlines for Production orders with efficient order supervision for the same

9. Carrying out instructions for sampling & delivering fabric, or anything required to fulfill sampling notes, or for the ongoing order

10. Updating fabric consumption chart & stock inventory chart.

Should have some background of knowledge in fashion, fashion designing, apparels, women's wear, etc.
