**ey Responsibilities**:
- **Offline Marketing Execution**: Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns including events, trade shows, print advertising, direct mail, and other traditional marketing methods.
- **Client Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- **Event Management**: Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful event delivery.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Ensure all collateral aligns with the brand s messaging and objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Use insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- **Campaign Monitoring**: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Client Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in offline marketing, with a focus on client coordination and event management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with marketing software or tools.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Pune market and local business landscape is a plus.
