**Position**: Compliance Officer Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Compliance Officer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Equisense Research adheres to all regulatory standards and maintains a culture of compliance across its operations. Your key responsibilities include:
**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Assisting in understanding and implementing SEBI regulations and compliance protocols.
- Ensuring all business operations align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

**KYC Management**:

- Supporting the collection, verification, and processing of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for clients.
- Maintaining and updating client records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

**Invoice Preparation**:

- Assisting in the creation and management of client invoices.
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing and resolving any related queries.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Organizing and maintaining compliance-related records for audits and inspections.
- Preparing detailed reports and summaries of compliance activities.

**Research and Updates**:

- Conducting research on regulatory changes, trends, and best practices.
- Supporting the compliance team in adapting processes to reflect updated regulations.
