Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement EDI solutions to facilitate electronic data exchange between internal systems, trading partners, and E-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design EDI solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
- Configure, test, and deploy EDI maps, translations, and data transformations using EDI software tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions, including data mapping errors, communication failures, and compliance issues.
- Monitor EDI transactions and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, clients, and trading partners on EDI-related matters.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in EDI and E-commerce to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to integrate EDI solutions and streamline business processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for EDI processes and procedures.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share knowledge and insights with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI implementation and support, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in EDI standards and protocols, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and FTP.
- Hands-on experience with EDI software tools and platforms, such as IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, GXS/OpenText, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, processes, and integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in EDI or E-commerce (e.g., Certified EDI Professional) would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
