**Job Description: AutoCAD Designer**
**Location**: Sector 135, Noida
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD software.
- Create, modify, and update maps and layouts for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet specifications and standards.
- Interpret architectural and civil engineering drawings to create accurate representations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines for real estate designs.
- Provide technical support and revisions based on project requirements.
- Maintain and organize design files and project documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).**:

- **Strong civil engineering background**, preferably with knowledge of real estate layouts and mapping.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
