**Job Title: Architect Engineer (Civil Focus)**

**Experience - 6 months to 1 year.**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate civil engineering requirements into architectural designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for civil engineering elements such as site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and drainage systems.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess site conditions, topography, and existing infrastructure, providing input for design development.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and other consultants to ensure alignment between architectural and civil engineering designs.
- Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs, adhering to project schedules and budgets.
- Review and analyze engineering calculations, reports, and test results to verify design feasibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in project meetings, offering technical expertise and addressing design-related issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in civil engineering technology, and relevant building codes and regulations.
- Provide support during the construction phase, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and assisting with construction administration tasks as needed.
- Ensure that civil engineering designs prioritize safety, sustainability, and environmental considerations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Architect Engineer with a focus on civil engineering aspects, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for both 2D drafting and 3D modeling, with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, including site development, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for civil engineering design and analysis (e.g., Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit).
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes related to civil engineering.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines and priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of civil engineering and architecture.
