**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Department: Administrative Support**

**Reports To: Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering data into various systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. The Data Entry Clerk will support the administrative team by ensuring that data is correctly entered, updated, and maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Enter data from various sources into specified databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- **Data Verification**:

- Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Perform regular data quality checks.
- **Data Maintenance**:

- Update existing data and remove or archive outdated data as necessary.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of data entry activities.
- Create and update standard operating procedures for data entry tasks.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
