**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for FTL transportation services.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
- Generate leads, follow up on inbound inquiries, and engage in cold calling and networking to generate prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications regarding FTL services.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the transportation and logistics needs of clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by offering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.

**Proposal & Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals for FTL services.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure service agreements align with company capabilities and profitability.

**Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for FTL services.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
- Use CRM software to log sales activities, update client information, and track the sales pipeline.

**Market Insights & Strategy**:

- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive pricing to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns for FTL service offerings.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of transportation services, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Liaise with the customer service department to resolve any service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
