**Job Profile -** **Finance Executive**

1. To maintain suitable accounting structure/software with legal rights, to match the need of the organization.

2. To compile and finalize the annual budget in consultation with the Founders and monitor the variations i.e., budget vis-à-vis actuals.

3. To ensure the maintenance and safe custody of proper books of accounts and all requisite records in chronological order.

4. To ensure daily reconciliation of fee collected vis-à-vis credited into the bank & escalate the variations if any.

5. To carry out the propriety check of all financial transactions before any payment is made.

6. To carry out bank reconciliation of all bank accounts every week and address all pending entries.

7. To ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll processing as provided by HR & ensure timely disbursal.

8. To receive approved invoices along with PO for goods/services from various departments and process timely payments thereto as per defined payment schedule.

9. To obtain a copy of accounts/balance confirmation from all vendors on a periodical basis and reconcile the same. (At least once a year is compulsory).

10. To issue a fixed amount of cash imp
- rest to appropriate authority and replenish the same at regular intervals after a due check of imprest vouchers and expense.

11. To develop and maintain a relationship with banks, financial institutions for day-to-day dealings.

12. To ensure all legal compliances relating to Income Tax, ESI, PF, Registrar of Societies in consultation with the respective professionals.

13. To stay competent concerning all applicable laws and train all concerned on a periodical basis.

14. To coordinate with external and internal auditors for smooth execution of their job & ensure timely filing of various statutory returns.

15. To maintain and manage personal books of accounts of the founders and ensure legal compliances i.e., deposition of advance tax, filing of IT returns, Assessments, etc.

16. To submit MIS periodically & exception report immediately to the Founder.
