Job Opening: Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Lead - Record to Report (RTR) Shifts - US shifts Location - Pratap Nagar, LIC Building Jaipur Responsibilities Day to day journal posting, Month end standard journal posting, Adhoc Journal entry posting Preparation of Month End schedules on Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets accounting and reporting Manage Intercompany reconciliation, Identifying reclass entries and reporting Manage payroll accounting including recording journal entries and reconciling payroll expense and balance sheet accounts Manages monthly account reconciliation process through ERP and coordinates with other teams for completion Adheres to all SOX/Control requirements Handling audit queries and resolution Ensure accuracy, timely execution and in compliance with accounting principles Qualification, Experience/Competencies MBA Finance/Post, Commerce Graduate 3-4 years of relevant experience within finance shared services Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes Other Skills Good communication skills to interact superiors and other stakeholders Good analytical and time management skills Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail Technology/ERP Understanding of ERP - SAP, Oracle, D365, Blackline Working knowledge of MS Office Share your cv
