**Job Title**: Admissions Counselor / School Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with prospective parents to understand their educational needs and provide comprehensive information about the school’s offerings.

2. Achieve monthly student enrollment targets through effective outreach and follow-ups.

3. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the school’s curriculum, programs, and parent preferences to provide informed guidance.

4. Conduct school tours, facilitate assessments, and evaluate prospective students to support the admissions process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.
- Excellent phone and cold-calling techniques.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven listening and sales abilities.
- Ability to meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas, especially over the phone, is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

**Job Logistics**:

- The position is based on-site at the school in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
- The role requires a 6-day work week.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
