Role: Surface Grinder

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**:Setting up and operating surface grinding machines (both horizontal and vertical spindle types) to grind flat, conical, or other specified surfaces.
- **Tooling and Fixturing**:Selecting, mounting, and adjusting grinding wheels, and setting up fixtures for holding the workpiece.
- **Parameter Setting**:Adjusting machine settings like speed, feed rate, and depth of cut based on the workpiece material and desired finish.
- **Inspection**:Using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and surface finish of ground parts.
- **Quality Control**:Identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications, and working with quality control to resolve issues.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on the grinding machine, including lubrication, coolant checks, and wheel dressing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
