Role Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end revenue engine, blending high-impact marketing strategies with hands-on sales execution. You’ll build pipeline, close deals, and scale demand generation in a metrics-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (50%) - Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships). - Create high-converting assets: landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, video. - Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM). - Track ROI via KPIs: CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline velocity. Sales (50%) - Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market/enterprise deals ([deal size range]). - Run full sales cycle: discovery calls, demos, negotiations, contract signing. - Build and manage sales pipeline (forecast accuracy >90%). - Develop sales collateral, objection handling frameworks, and pricing strategies. - Collaborate with product team on customer feedback loops.
