**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide personalized counselling to students on academic matters, including course selection, academic planning, and career options.
- **Academic Support**: Monitor student progress and academic performance, offering support and resources to help them improve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure students have access to necessary resources and support services.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and career planning.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, generating reports as needed.
- **Policy Communication**: Stay informed about academic policies, procedures, and requirements, and effectively communicate changes to students.
- **Resource Referral**: Provide referrals to other campus resources as necessary, such as tutoring, career counselling, and mental health services.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in academic advising or counselling within an educational setting is desirable.

Pay: ₹9,736.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
