Receptionist

As a **Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You’ll be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling calls, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the front-desk calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle basic inquiries about services and provide company brochures/information
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office functioning
- Maintain visitor logs and manage basic administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Polite, well-spoken, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
