Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Designer with expertise in Elementor to join our team. As a WordPress Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites using WordPress and the Elementor page builder. Your proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and Elementor will be key in delivering high-quality, responsive designs that meet our clients' needs and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Website Design and Development: Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites using WordPress and the Elementor page builder. Transform client requirements and wireframes into fully functional websites.

2. Theme Customization: Customize WordPress themes and templates using Elementor, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to achieve desired design aesthetics and functionality. Ensure seamless integration of custom designs with WordPress themes.

3. Plugin Integration: Identify and integrate appropriate plugins to enhance the functionality and features of WordPress websites. Ensure compatibility and optimize plugin performance.

4. Content Integration: Collaborate with content creators and clients to integrate text, images, videos, and other media into WordPress websites. Ensure consistent formatting, alignment, and responsiveness across all devices.

5. Cross-Browser and Device Testing: Perform thorough testing to ensure website compatibility and functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Troubleshoot and resolve any design or functionality issues.

7. Client Collaboration: Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver progress updates. Collaborate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously upgrade your skills and share insights with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience as a WordPress Designer or similar role.
- Expertise in Elementor page builder and a solid understanding of WordPress CMS.
- Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML for customizing designs and resolving design-related issues.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
- Experience with theme customization and integration of plugins for enhanced functionality.
- Solid knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and testing.
- Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and usability best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for pixel-perfect design and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous WordPress design projects, including Elementor-based work.

**Salary**: ₹10,343.74 - ₹18,000.00 per month
