**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites using WordPress.
- Customize and tweak WordPress themes according to the project's requirements.
- Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, including plugins and theme management.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets high-quality design standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including content updates, layout modifications, and the implementation of new features.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO.
- Conduct website performance tests and make necessary adjustments for optimal load speed.
- Provide training to other team members on managing and updating the website as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in website technology and digital design.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in WordPress design and development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to implement them in WordPress.
- Experience with performance testing and optimization of load speed.
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field is a plus.
