**Responsibilities**
- Chartered Accountant having **experience in Statutory Audit**, Income Tax and GST Law, Company Law Matters, Convergence from Indian GAAP to Ind AS, experience in audit of listed entities preferred
- Experience in **financial reporting including preparation of financial statements **within the regulatory framework
- Ensuring compliance with Auditing Standards
- **Lead engagement and** performing END TO END audits.
- **Perform End to End **UK Audit and review of work performed by the team.
- Report to Director of India offshore team.
- Good Exposure in **Audit and Assurance of Listed Companies,** Knowledge of **IND** **AS / IFRS**, Advisory, Audit of Limited Company, Tax Audit Valuation, Audit of Private Limited Company CARO 2016, **Finalization of Balance Sheet,** Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and other laws.

**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant having 0-4 **years of Statutory Audit experience.**:

- In total more than 4 years of audit experience including articleship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Excellent with audit review and finalisation.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
