**Job Overview**:
The **Account Executive** (AE) will acquire new customers and sell additional use cases, products and services into existing accounts. Ultimately, the AE is accountable for exceeding monthly/quarterly quota, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Winnovation customer/partner ecosystem. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Prospect new accounts, perform your own lead generation, qualify, develop, and close new business.
- Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned territory/accounts.
- Sell new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention of Winnovation solutions and services.
- Overachieve on sales targets by developing a pipeline along with a high level of forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute sales plans and POs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with our growth goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Should have exposure to Mobile Device Management and solutions.
- Must have dealing experience with domestic customers.
- Should have experience in selling Cyber Security Solutions.
- Proven experience as an IT salesperson or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Mobility/Cloud/cyber security/software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exposer to MDM and Cyber security solutions
- **Bachelor's and Master’s** degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
