Academic Admission Advisor (Women Only)

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven women to join our team as **Academic Admission Advisors**. The role involves guiding parents and students (ages 5 to 16) through the admission process, addressing their queries, and helping them enroll in our programs.

**Job Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Work Days**: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
- **Work Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Weekly Target**: 10 admissions
- **Location**: PALLADAM AND POLLACHI, YOUR chooses
- **Training Period**: 15 days (Comprehensive training provided)

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inquiries from parents and students regarding admissions.
- Explain program details and guide parents through the admission process.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure weekly admission targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude toward students and parents.
- Ability to meet weekly admission targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).

Pay: ₹14,699.34 - ₹30,926.01 per month
