Job Title: Admission Counselor - Midbrain Activation Programs
Job Summary:
The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting and guiding students and parents interested in midbrain activation programs. The counselor plays a key role in promoting the institution's offerings, explaining the benefits of midbrain training, and assisting families throughout the admission process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Recruitment & Outreach**:
- Identify potential students for midbrain activation programs through marketing strategies, school visits, webinars, and community outreach.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and workshops on the benefits of midbrain activation programs for parents and students.
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and community groups to create awareness.
2. **Counseling & Guidance**:
- Meet with prospective students and their families to discuss their goals and how midbrain activation can help in achieving them.
- Provide detailed information on the science behind midbrain activation and its benefits, addressing any concerns or queries.
3. **Admissions Process**:
- Assist in enrolling students and ensuring the timely payment of tuition fees.
4. **Follow-up & Reporting**:
- Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure conversion into enrolled students.
5. **Collaboration with Marketing & Academic Teams**:
- Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at parents and schools.
- Coordinate with the academic team to stay informed about program updates and curriculum enhancements.
6. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to admissions, program content, and tuition.
- Ensure ongoing communication with enrolled students and their families to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling or educational counseling is preferred.
- Strong knowledge or interest in midbrain activation programs, brain development, or holistic education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and manage time effectively.
**Skills**:
- Sales and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms is a plus.
**Work Environment**:
- May involve travel for outreach events and presentations.
- Weekend and evening work might be required during peak admission periods.
Pay: ₹10,915.66 - ₹36,242.40 per month
