**Job Title: Client Servicing Executive (Ecommerce)**

The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our ecommerce clients. They will act as the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position requires 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce client servicing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify and analyze client needs, and make recommendations for products and services that will meet their needs.
- Generate new leads for the company by proactively reaching out to potential clients and building relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that clients receive high-quality products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with our products and services, and take action to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce client servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
