**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Issue employment contracts (update/ issue
- wages, bank details, allotments, ranks (on-board promotion)
- Issue rejoining bonus (also submitting to accounts for processing)
- Earning alerts generated
- (petty claims as per TOE, vetting & QHSE & GLA & winter bonus, Annual performance bonus, Positive Balance - Received from Accounts department, PSC bonus, DRC, Vessel handover Calculation (CCB/RJB/DRC ETC )
- Deduction alerts generated
- (Family joining, Repat expenses & agency charges, Family visa / Family insurance, coordinating with HKG & SINGAPORE office regarding above deduction in case of any query, Cash advance, Bank charges for special allotment, Negative balance - Received from Accounts department
- Change of Management, CBA, Name change // Takeover Vessel contracts are generated with all details being checked in advance.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
