**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track google reviews coverage and public sentiment; prepare reports on PR activities and their impact.
- **Crisis Management**: Assist in developing strategies for managing public relations crises and ensure timely communication.
- **Social Media Management**: Support social media initiatives to engage with the audience and enhance the organization’s online presence.
- **Research and Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree**:

- **Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving**.
