**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement effective public relations strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
- **Press Materials**: Draft, edit, and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.
- **Crisis Management**: Respond promptly and effectively to any public relations crises to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- **Media Monitoring**: Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports on outcomes.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative approaches in PR campaigns.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with media professionals and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PR tools and software, such as media databases and monitoring tools.
- A proactive and creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling crisis communication is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalkaji, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
