Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Overview:
As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or subscribe to our offerings. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide assistance as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or subscribe.

Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our products/services, address concerns, and assist with placing orders or resolving issues.

Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor product/service recommendations accordingly. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.

Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization. Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers and contribute to the overall revenue goals.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through outbound calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospects, qualify leads based on predefined criteria, and escalate promising opportunities to the sales team for further follow-up.

Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of calls, inquiries, and outcomes. Enter relevant information into the CRM system in a timely manner. Generate regular reports on call performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, including their features, pricing, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product enhancements or new offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards during phone interactions. Ensure that all communication with customers aligns with company policies, values, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service roles preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
