**Position Overview**:As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our products and services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales targets. Your role involves building relationships, providing excellent service, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Stay informed about product features and benefits to showcase them effectively.
- Identify new leads and opportunities for sales growth.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales Revenue: Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conversion Rate: Maintaining a high rate of converting leads to sales.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of customer happiness.
- New Customer Acquisition: Increasing the number of new customers.

**Key Performance Review (KPR)**:Performance reviews will consider sales achievements, product knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, and proactivity.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
