**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of raw materials, production processes, and finished food products to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Perform sensory evaluations, such as taste, texture, aroma, and appearance, to assess product quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and R&D, to identify and address quality issues or deviations.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, hygiene practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain Product stocks as a proper record (Handwritten and Excel)
- Location Preferred - Coimbatore (Vadavalli, Thondamuthur Rd, Vedapatti Surroundings).

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc Food Science & Nutrition
- Previous experience in quality control or assurance within the food industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and analyze data.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and report generation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
