Role & responsibilities
Team Management:
Supervising and training QC technicians and analysts.
- Distributing work, monitoring progress, and conducting performance evaluations.
Providing technical expertise and feedback to the team.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures, standards, and protocols.
- Conducting inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to identify and implement corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Preparing detailed reports on quality control activities and results.
Maintaining records of inspected products and materials.
Collaboration & Communication:
Working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and production, to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Providing technical expertise to other teams within the company.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
