**Job Summary**:
The **Bartender** is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role includes mixing cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**: Drink Preparation & Service:

- Mix, garnish, and serve a wide variety of **cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and wines**.
- Take guest drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper **portion control and consistency** in all beverages.

Guest Interaction:

- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly, professional service.
- Offer suggestions and upsell drinks based on guest preferences.
- Handle any guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Bar Maintenance:

- Keep the bar counter, tools, and glassware clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and follow hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

Cash & Inventory Handling:

- Operate POS systems for billing and manage cash/card transactions.
- Perform daily bar opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Bar Manager for requisitions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar F&B service role.
- Knowledge of **cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and bar tools**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in bartending or hospitality (optional but an advantage).
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
