We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Electrician / Solar Installer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and related electrical components. **Key Responsibilities**
- Install solar panel systems, inverters, and batteries according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform electrical wiring for solar PV systems (AC/DC).
- Interpret electrical and structural blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on job progress and system usage.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site environment.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or equivalent certification).
- Experience in solar PV system installation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and system layouts.
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
