Position Summary
The Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing all security operations across the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety of personnel, property, and materials. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in security, preferably an ex-military officer or someone with 15+ years of experience in the security field.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage and monitor day-to-day security operations of the factory premises.
*Supervise security staff and coordinate shift rosters to ensure 24x7 coverage.
*Implement and maintain security protocols, including entry/exit control, surveillance, and visitor management.
*Conduct regular security audits and patrols to identify and rectify vulnerabilities.
*Investigate and report incidents, breaches, and irregularities.
*Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Train and mentor security guards in SOPs, emergency responses, and discipline.
Maintain records related to security activities, incident reports, and access logs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
*Graduate / PG Diploma / Related graduation
*Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force) OR
*Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial security (preferably in manufacturing or similar environments).
*Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
*Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

**Required Skills**:
*Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada - mandatory.
*Physically fit and mentally alert.
*Ability to handle conflicts and emergency situations effectively.
*Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
*Integrity, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
