**Product Designer (2+ years experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product features and user interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and executive presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research, user testing, and usability studies to identify user needs and design requirements.
- Develop user interface standards and guidelines for use across multiple products
- Develop user-centered design processes that incorporate user research, usability testing, and analytics
- Stay up to date with design trends and technologies
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and products

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of product design experience
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Expert knowledge in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other design and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
