**Job Title: Tool Room Incharge**

**Job Summary**:
The Tool Room Incharge is responsible for overseeing the operations of the tool room, ensuring the availability of tools, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with various departments to meet production requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tool Management**:

- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of all tools required for production.
- Monitor tool usage, condition, and repair schedules.
- Implement tool calibration processes as needed.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and equipment.
- Order, receive, and organize new tools and equipment as required.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control departments to ensure timely availability of tools.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding tool availability and usage.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of tools.
- Train team members on safe tool usage and maintenance procedures.
- Implement measures to prevent tool-related accidents and injuries.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the tool room.
- Implement efficiency measures to optimize tool usage and reduce downtime.
- Stay updated with new technologies and tools relevant to the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in tool room management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of various tools, their usage, and maintenance requirements.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
