1. Calling: It will include calling parents for fees, student attendance & PTM.

2. Library and Book (in house material) management: Keep a record of books taken & returned to the library by teachers. Distribute the material to students during admission and keeping a record of them.

3. Punches: Make sure all students do the punching.

4. ERP: Upload marks of students on the ERP System.

5. Should be able to check and create lectures on ERP.

6. Should keep a check if the test syllabus is filled by the teachers.

7. Keep checking the First aid box from time to time. Should be able to notify if something in the first aid box is not present or getting empty or over.

8. Facility Management: Should be able to do premises inspection and notify is something needs a repair or installment.
